Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright hosted a group of kids from the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis before the game. Adam provides tickets, Cardinals dollars and T-shirts for each child. He also meets with them in the dugout during batting practice. “Wainwright’s Winners” takes place six times during the season with a new group of kids each visit.
